ODDLANDS World Premiere at Adelaide Film Festival, Tuesday 10 October with key creatives in attendance
Actors Simon Laherty and Sonia Teuben and director Bruce Gladwin from Internationally acclaimed Back to Back Theatre, a professional theatre company with an ensemble of actors with disabilities at its core, will attend the world premiere of the company’s debut short feature ODDLANDS at Adelaide Film Festival on Tuesday 10 October 2017.
Written and directed by Bruce Gladwin and produced by Back to Back Theatre in collaboration with Matchbox Pictures, ODDLANDS is a darkly humorous 30-minute film. Following its AFF premiere the film will go on to air on ABC TV in early 2018.
With this production, Matchbox Pictures, one of Australia’s most dynamic production houses in Australia, has partnered with Back to Back Theatre, one of the country’s most important cultural exporters, to change national and international screen landscapes and present actors of difference in high profile contexts with wide audience appeal.
