Check out this dreamy, atmospheric, dripping with class groover from New York outfit Analog Candle entitled Trier. it’s the first track from the new E.P. Winter ’15 due in February, 2017!
Analog Candle is led by producer and singer-songwriter, Callum Plews and his projected sound is very much influenced by early Broken Social Scene, Rilo Kiley, Xiu Xiu (Callum has worked with Angela Seo in the past) and Beach House, as well as the surrealist elements of literary heavyweights like Haruki Muramaki and Franz Kafka. Heightened emotion is given a front seat over realism in the form of poignant vocals that twist and linger like smoke-trails and this first track documents the fragmented thoughts of a relationship breaking down.
