The 22nd Annual Critics Choice Award Nominations Announced! La La Land Leads with 12 Noms!

la-la-land-posterThe U.S. Broadcast Film Critics Association have announced their nominations for 2016 season. Damien Chazelle’s La La Land scored the most nods with 12 nominations followed by indy darling Barry Jenkin’s Moonlight and Denis Villenueve’s Arrival catching 10 nominations each. Kenneth Lonergan’s Manchester by the Sea scored 8, Mel Gibson’s Hacksaw Ridge landed 7 whilst Denzel Washington’s Fences, Davdi MacKenzie’s Hell or High Water, Pablo Lorrain’s Jackie, Scott Derrickson’s Doctor Strange and Garth Davis’ Lion all earned 6.
