Netflix gets Lost In Space

Neil Marshall (Game Of Thrones, Centurion, The Descent, Dog Soldiers) is set to produce the new Lost In Space television series for Netflix as the subscription service has placed a 10 episode season order. The original series ran for three years from 1965-1968 on CBS and followed the Robinson Family as the ship gets knocked off course and they must try and find a way home.

The show was made into a film in 1998 by Stephen Hopkins (A Nightmare On Elm Street 5: The Dream Child, Predator 2, Judgement Night, The Ghost and The Darkness) that starred William Hurt, Gary Oldman, Matt LeBlanc and Heather Graham.
