The 2016 Razzie Nominations Announced!

Fifty Shades Of Grey posterAlong with to good come the bad and here to honour the worst of the worst are the 2016 annual Razzie award nominations. Worst film of the year noms went to Fantastic Four, Fifty Shades Of Grey, Jupiter Ascending, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 and Pixels. Adam Sandler yet again gets dual nominations for the almost unwatchable The Cobbler and cynical misfire Pixels, these days it seems there’s a slot for him every year, but he’s joined by some equally questionable turns from Johnny Depp (Mortdecai), Jamie Dornan (Fifty Shades Of Grey), Kevin James (Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2) and Channing Tatum (Jupiter Ascending). For the ladies Dakota Johnson (50 Shades Of Grey), Gwyneth Paltrow (Mortdecai), Mila Kunis (Jupiter Ascending), Katherine Heigl (Home Sweet Hell) and Jennifer Lopez (The Boy Next Door) round out the fizzers. My hunch is that it’ll be Fifty Shades Of Grey that will scoop the pool this year. Full list below – my tips in red!
