‘The Railway Man’ Commences Filming With Nicole Kidman & Colin Firth

‘The Railway Man’ is the biographical film about the life of British Army Office Eric Lomax who returns to Burma years after WWII to face his captor. Jeremy Irvine & Colin Firth play Lomax in the different spaces of time and Nicole Kidman plays the doctor who helps Firth’s character face up to his torments and meet his nemesis.

The production has started in Scotland before it moves to Thailand and finally lands in Queensland to finish.

The film is being directed by Jonathan Teplitzky (The Burning Man) and will be distributed in Australia by the guys over at TRANSMISSION FILMS.
